ODWE is a Hackforge initiative intended to encourage and support local governments, charities and non-profit organizations in managing and sharing data.
Hackforge is a community-driven techspace that is physically located in the front of the Central Branch of the Windsor Public Library where members come together to build and share wonderful things.
While OpenDataWindsorEssex has a home in Hackforge as special interest group that has a home in - it is, aptly, open to everyone.
